Generally safe: I'm assuming this is an effective combination. You've still got a lot of room to increase the sertraline dose. My preference is to maximize the sertraline before moving to added benzodiazepines as you can develop tolerance to those effects. Re-evaluate: There is no problem with taking biotin and a multi-vitamin. Be sure it has methyl folate (folic acid) 500 mcg and methyl cobalamine 500 mcg.
