For example, if you put on a blindfold, went our to your front lawn and pulled up a handful of grass and identified that you had no weeds in that handful, can you safely say that you have no weeds on your entire lawn? Not so simple: If truly atrophic gastritis, it can be caused by h. Pylori bacteria, these can be hard to find on biopsy, so please ask your doctor. Also atrophic gastritis can lead to vit B12 deficiency, have you been checked for this? There may be other reasons such as acid reflux for which you require omeprazole. However, you should return and clarify these concerns with your doctor. ...Read more
