Start with CV: There are quite a few tests to check for the causes of ED. Be warned though, they're not fool proof. Start with a comp. metabolic profile (FLP, BP, HgA1C, etc). Also check hormones (LH, FSH, Testosterone, Prolactin) and PSA. If those don't work - you can always go for a pelvic angiography.
