No: Gallstones do not cause cancer. Very rarely pain that is thought to be stone related is related in fact to cancer within the gallbladder. Again this is very rare. ...Read more

No, coincidence: 4 different types of stones and all have different causes. Gallstones are compose of cholesterol + other bile products + caused by stasis. Other 3 are usually all calcium containing, although kidney stones can bo composed of uric acit or cystine any of which are in xs in urine. Tonsil stones r caused by bacteria in crypts of tonsils. Salivary stones from dehydration, poor diet, medications etc. ...Read more

Unrelated: Almost 23% of the general population have asymptomatic gallbladder stones. Symptomatic cholelithiasis is associated with pain after eating in the epigastric/ right upper abdominal area in a person with gallstones on ultrasound. Your symptoms most likely are not related.
