Have it checked: Lowe leg tenderness and swelling, particularly when these symptoms are in one leg only, suggests phlebitis or even venous thrombosis. It would be wise to have this checked. What's your question: We need more info regarding your post. Low back pain from high velocity or energy injury & trauma is more worrisome. Numbness, tingling & weakness of a leg is worrisome.
