No: The skin in the pubic area is too delicate. If you use the normal hair remover cream or wax, it may cause serious irritation and pain increasing the risk of skin infection. Yes but...: You can do peels in between the laser treatments, but it may not help with the hyper pigmentation. PIH is "post inflammatory" and the peel may aggravate that.
