I have a artificial knee my other knee has arthritis & need to get my big toe fused what kind of exercises can I do that won't cause too much pain?

If your pain or symptoms persist or worsen, then see a physician. ...Read moreGet help from a doctor now ›

Pain here is frequently due to inflammation of the synovium, or joint lining, but just as commonly due to a broken spur. Ice, low heeled, stiff soled shoe is best. And see your doctor. ...Read moreGet help from a doctor now ›
