I have been getting clusters of two or three raised bumps on my arm and shoulders they do not pop and are not red inflamed the spots are too big t be kp and I have had folliculitis before and know that this is not it any suggestions on what it could be ?
Keratosis pilaris: Keratosis pilaris comes in a variety of sizes, so unless the bumps are huge, it could still be kp. There are also various kinds of folliculitis, so you can't rule that out either. See a rheumatologist that can aspirate your fluid and analysis can show for example inflammation.
