Depends on…: Your cholesterol levels. People with normal chol can now eat an egg a day; those with elevated chol should limit eggs to 2-3 times a week or even use egg whites instead of yolk. Boiled doesn't add any extra fat (unless u add butter/margerine); if frying, use non-stick pan with minimal fat (canola oil works well). 122 is fine: It is entirely normal for blood sugar to rise to 122 or more after a meal; the "normal" level is up to 140. it you ate less the sugar wold probably not rise as much, but this is not necessary as your level is not of concern. ...Read more

Remember U need 50gms of protein as a daily requirement , so calculate what U get in Ur diet, add the gems in the egg white, then if just about 50, U may supplement if needed, but only on the days U workout. OK but...: This is ok but if you really want to lose weight you might avoid the bread as less carbs will help; some feel gluten causes obesity so rice or quinoa might be better.
