OK- healthier if...: This has potential but i advise choosing organic yogurt;conventional brands like activia are from cows fed gmo corn & given antibiotics & rbgh(bovine growth hormone)-avoid! the same applies to eggs. Please eat organic eggs or they're from chickens fed gmo's & antibiotics! almonds, sweet potato & brussel sprouts are all healthy- while organic is best, these are acceptable if grown conventionally. ...Read more

OK but...: This is ok but if you really want to lose weight you might avoid the bread as less carbs will help; some feel gluten causes obesity so rice or quinoa might be better. Yes: You should be fine as long as you are hitting about 50-60gr, which it sounds like you are. Any more than that and you are likely to just urinate it out. Make sure you eat a post workout meal with ~40% carbs and 60% protein balance to maximize muscle gains. Hope this helps! ...Read more
