Get it seen: Lipomas are often missed on us because the density of the lipoma is the same as the surrounding fat. That would be the most common soft tissue mass that is invisible on us. Best to have an md look at it. Hard or rapidly growing masses ar more concerning. Biopsy is the only way to know for sure.
