Used a tens unit on my bicep for fun and now i feel heat in the bicep, weakness in the arm, and soreness in the bicep. Is this normal ?
Left arm bicep is getting softer when lifting weights while the right is getting harder. Feel weakness in the left arm as well.
Should be developing: Similar to the right. When at training. Use dumbells don't use machines just to see if this helps. When using machines or bars. One arm could do most if work. This may help. If still no improvement talk to your doctor to ding out why left arm having issues ...Read more

What causes a feeling of heaviness or weakness in both arms? The sensation is mostly in the bicep area. PCP said heart ok. Also pressure in jaws.
Other Possibilities: Nerves from Cervical spine could be affected.
