Should be developing: Similar to the right. When at training. Use dumbells don't use machines just to see if this helps. When using machines or bars. One arm could do most if work. This may help. If still no improvement talk to your doctor to ding out why left arm having issues ...Read more

It could be: Muscle or nerve problem. Go see your primary care doctor for initial work up then a referral to a neurologist for a second opinion . Have your annual check up to include blood test , ekg urine test etc . Give us some feedback. Take care! ...Read more

Not uncommon: OK to have some imbalance and asymmetry, and is NOT a sign of ALS, unless you have progressive weakness, muscular atrophy, and fasciculations all together. ...Read more

What causes a feeling of heaviness or weakness in both arms? The sensation is mostly in the bicep area. PCP said heart ok. Also pressure in jaws.

What causes a feeling of  heaviness or weakness in both arms?  The sensation is mostly in the bicep area. PCP said heart ok. Also pressure in jaws.

Other Possibilities: Nerves from Cervical spine could be affected. The blood flow going to the areas could be restricted, the muscles could be overused and not getting enough hydration-electrolytes causing lactic acid to build up.
