Hmmmm.....: I think we will need a bit more information if you have any in order to help. It certainly doesn't sound like an emergency at this point. The fact that it is both forearms is a bit odd. So long as you do not have any muscle weakness I think careful observation for the next few days should help glean more information. Let us know. ...Read more

Suggestions: Your heart rate during exertion is on the high side, even accounting for your age. Are you consuming large amounts of caffeine such as in coffee or soft drinks? Other causes: Transient neurological symptoms (such as weakness, tingling) can happen for various reasons. We always try to rule out "bad" causes first - strokes, seizures. Often times times migraines can cause them. At times patients get them when they are stressed or anxious (panic attacks etc). "functional" here means no "structural" cause was found.
