I have been suffering from fatigue in my shoulders and chest for three months...It started bit a bicep strain, now thats gone but not the fatigue?
Went to the doctor about 2 months ago for pain in my elbow when I rotate my hand palm up. He said it was a bicep strain. 2 months later it still hurts?
I feel a pain like a muscle strain under my biceps i stretch out my left arm. It stops when the arm is folded. there is a ropey feeling under the skin?
Right biceps brachii twitching for 36 hours. Cbc, b12, vit d, liver & renal, thryoid normal. Wbc slightly high.Vit k and magnesium not help.No strain?
Ignore it: It's fairly common for one muscle to under fasciculations for a few days. I suspect that is happening is that the nerve has taken a minor injury. Can i still workout with a strained bicep? It is feeling better. Or is there a chance to re injure or make it worse than it was?

I'm concerned: In general there is usually no numbness with a biceps strain although there is close anatomical proximity. If it started at the same time as the biceps injury you may have injured a peripheral nerve but that would be uncommon. I would bring this to your doctors attention as it may be a problem that needs work up, like an emg. Hope this helps. ...Read more
