2 small red spots, 1 on fore arm and other the bicep, not itchy, painless, clears when the skin is pulled/stretched, not pimple like, dry, flat, sligh?

Exam needed: To be sure these would have to be inspected by a physician, but since they blanch on stretching the skin, it would rule out a hemangioma or petechia. Skin lesions: Dark spots on the skin can be completely benign moles, or can be precancerous growths, or skin cancer. The best way to know is to visit your primary care physician, who can look at them and decide if a dermatology eval is indicated. Platelet count ok: You should not get symptoms of low platlets until your count drops to around 50 also petichiae in general do not itch. You probably have a fungal rash based on the location, but could be allergies as well. See your doc. ...Read more

It is not: A shot 2 months ago would not usually cause a lump to occur. The lump may be something else. Possibly a sebaceous cyst or a lipoma (benign growth). Have the Dr. Look at it if time and/or warm compresses do not resolve it. ...Read more

Unlikely: If truly appeared overnite, not cancer; if it is very dark or black, or if it starts getting bigger, or if it's raising (not flat) see skin doc. ...Read more
