Pain elbow going dwon into middle finger/had tennis elbow surgery last year/on tamadol, noproxian, vicadone/still no releif?
Need reevaluation: This could be any number of things. It is not unheard of to have tennis elbow pain despite surgery. I would recommend a reevaluation. If it is still tennis elbow, i would continue stretching with lifting limitations along with nsaids. Your physician should check for things like nerve entrapment as well. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Hi, I am 23 male.I had posterior urethral valve.Treatd with vaĺve abaĺation in newborn period. Now i had mild bilater knee joint tendernes, and?
Pain not related.: Assuming that this condition was treated and you now have normal kidney function, it is very unlikely that the knee pain has any connection to this past condition. The differential diagnosis is quite large for bilateral knee pain and tenderness. If there is no history of injury, you most likely have some sort of arthritis. A consultation family physician or rheumatologist is definitely in order. ...Read more

If pain persists, a steroid injection can be given as well. Surgery is a last resort as this usually improves with time. ...Read more

I'm 56 y-o menopause female, degenerative disc disease in back, 90 lbs. Overweight w-bad pain in 1 knee when i walk, can't lose wt. What can I do?
I would recomend ---: Seeing a dietician to eat properly and healthy, so you could lose weight. That would also decrease the knee pain, of course, depending on how much you lose. Using a walker or a quad cane will also reduce the pain. If the arthritis in the knee is really bad ; with no relief from the conservative measures, you will certainly benefit from a total knee replacement surgery. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Yes: I am not sure about all of the abbreviations you used however poly myosotis by itself can affect healing and recovery. It should be well controlled at the time of surgery. Having an autoimmune disease does not mean you can't have surgery however the risk of problems and the healing rate are affected by a small amount. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Just had my patellar tendon anchored to my shin, left with 20 degrees rom, can this be manipulated? (had a manipulation before, same knee 4 mpfl recon)
Arthrofibrosis: Need more information regarding the surgical procedure. It is possible that the patellar tendon was made to tight by lowering it too much, and if that is the case only a revision of the surgical procedure will make it better, of course they could be many other reasons why the knee can not flex such as arthrofibrosis(scar tissue in the knee). And in that case manipulation can be of help.Dr seni. ...Read more
