Sida effects of evion capsol vitamen E?

Sida effects of evion capsol vitamen E?

Safe: Vitamin E is generally considered safe for most healthy people. Evion, a brand of vitamin E, should be no different. In high doses, more than 400 IU/day, it might promote bleeding and even stroke. Nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, and weakness have also been reported with high doses. Most would not recommend this supplement for a young healthy woman: focus on healthy food sources such as fruits/veggies. ...Read more

Could you take prenatal vitamins that contain biotin, choline, inositol, and fumaric acid name of vitamin brand nordic berries?

Could you take prenatal vitamins that contain biotin, choline, inositol, and fumaric acid name of vitamin brand nordic berries?

I do not: Like the formula. They contain 9 grams of carbohydrate and the amount of thiamin (as are the doses of all the vitamins) is too low to metabolize that amount of carb. You can look it up on line. This expresses an incredible ignorance of industry in vitamins and foods. In pregnancy, first you need a pristine diet and the vitamin supplementation should be ordered by your ob/gyn. ...Read more

S it fine to take glutathione 500mg,milk thistle extract 100mg, alpha lipoic acid 50mg, combined with d alpha tocopheryl acetate 400 iu?

Analysis: Why do you take all these items?. Where did you find such advice? Glutathione is a wonderful anti-oxidant, but does NOT cross into the brain, so of questionable value in bloodstream. Milk thistle extract has questionable benefit in most cases. Alpha lipoic useful in peripheral and central nerve disorders. You are far better off using mixed tocopherols, especially with gamma. Overdose of which vitamin is dangerous vita, vitd, vitb1, folic acid?

A & D- very rare: One can only overdose on fat soluble vitamins (a, d, e) except vit. B6 (which should be limited to 250 mg/day). But it takes huge amounts to overdose.
