Why do my eyes feel puffy after workout. Any type of workout really , gym , running etc. Maybe cause my body needs to adapt to workout again!?
30min running on treadmill & 1hr full body, medium-high intensity workout at the gym 4x a week. On average how long until I start to look more toned?

Go to a track: The way I did it was: go t a track( stretch, warm-up etc.) then run a fast quarter, then jog a quarter( as slow as u want but don't walk) then run a quarter ( pretty much as fast as u can go), then jog and REPEAT! Lifting & running-: -sounds like a good program, but not on the same day.lift 4 gaining muscle mass & bulk & running 4 Ur cardo. Have a set program U use don't just walk from machine 2 free weights & use in no order. Have a written form that U can fill in what's done each session.
