Should be fine...: A single protein bar after exercise per day with the proteins you are mentioning should be fine. A lot of protein bars have chemicals and other ingredients that aren't great if you are trying to eat "clean"; however, the added protein after a workout is actually a good way to increase the benefits of the strength training. ...Read more
