Best thing I've come up with from projectile vomiting is pyloric stenosis. Is that the only cause?

Not to worry...most of these GI flu "bugs" last 5-7 days TOPS...Have your "Mum" inform her PCP what is going on. HE/She will know what viruses are "around" and how long they are lasting!

Probably not: Vomiting has lots of potential causes, but what you were able to eat yesterday probably does not affect your occurrence of vomiting today. If you have no other symptoms, then I would cut back to a liquid diet until you're able to tolerate it well. Then gradually add solids back when you can.
