Some are surgical which may be the best option for rapid removal of a small lesion. Yes: The pico was updated to cover red ink but it still is poor in other colors including black. The standard Q switched lasers are still important tools for laser tattoo removal. One problem with picos are 1 laser simply will not remove all colors and in some practices up to 5 are used. The next inc in speed would be famoto second but after the pico I wouldn't wait for even newer technology ...Read more
