For nausea, otc antihismanines like dramamine or Meclizine should help. For the diarrhea, otc immodium works very well. Otherwise, drink plenty of fluids, rest, and eat as much of a healthy diet as you can (you will recover faster). Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever. ...Read more

I suggest try famotidine 20mg twice a day or ranitidine 150mg twice a day, both are over the counter. In addition, avoid alcohol, caffeine, cigarettes, large meals, and fatty meals.
