Hard to sleep : It can be hard to get comfortable during sleep, or anything else for that matter. Sleeping on your left side is best because baby gets the most blood flow. 5 weeks: At five weeks the pregnancy is so small it is not even visible on ultrasound and the uterus has not grown much beyond its normal non pregnant size.
