Time & ice: are excellent to use for plantar fasciitis. I also highly recommend stretching at least 3x/day, massaging the area with an anti-inflammatory (natural or prescribed), wearing supportive shoes, not going barefoot when walking, and refraining from aerobics or jogging for around 6 weeks!
