Best one: I am not sure that there is a "best one", your need to try serveral ones and see which you like best. Examples are cetaphil, aveeno (oatmeal). Vanicream, cerave. Diagnosis????: People with eczema have dry skin, not oily. Petrolatum (vaseline, Aquaphor) is greasy, so you may not like it. If you really have eczema you do not have oily skin. Eczema: You need to keep irritants to a minimum. Use only sensitive skin products. No fragrance or dye. Find something to stop the itch, like Benadryl, (diphenhydramine) Claritin or Zyrtec. Probably not: Did not see list of meds. Milk and other food allergies can be imp cause for eczema. I will not use. Meds like topical steroids only cover up symptoms. You need to treat the cause.
