I have IBS and waldmanns disease. I try to eat a low fat diet, high in protein, take mct oil and a water pill. Can you tell me more about the disease?

Processing: Regular milk may have more hormones and pesticides in it. Powdered milk is processed differently ad clearly she processes it differently as well. Not conclusive proof: Current thinking is: the sugar and simple carbohydrates are the enemy, not the fat. It is not conclusive proof (conclusive proof is very, very hard to come by). It will take many more years to see what happens after our population gets off sugar and simple carbs, and eats a variety of fats... and then researchers will try to figure out the new results.
