Allergy: Otc decongestant nose sprays like afrin are very helpful but can only be used 3-4 days. Medications like zyrtec and Allegra are very good. Here are a few ideas: Try allegra, zyrtec or Claritin --- just read labels for precautions -- and the generics of these work just as well and are cheaper.Nasal saline rinses are helpful, as is naslacrom(used to be by presciption ).
