It depends.: I would aim for around 1500-1600 calories for weight loss, though it depends on how active you are. While cutting out sugars and starches can be helpful there are other high calorie foods. I recommend finding an online calorie tracker (there are many apps for apple and android (methyltestosterone) phones) that also allows you to account for exercise.
