Good quality: marine fish oil has many research-based benefits. It makes the platelets silky so if you are on a blood thinner consult w/doc. Some folks take 6-8 caps daily under supervisaion. Why cant he sleep?: First of all, try to find the cause for your child sleep problem. Does he take naps late afternoon? Does he rough house or play sports right before sleep?
