Starting vls3 probiotics for diverticulitis,I need a recomindation dosage and what's the best time to take them?

On Clopidogrel for TIA have Diverticulitis flare ups sometimes
What would be a best option of PPI as some decrease
the affect Clopidogrel ,H2 instead?

Clopidogrel isn't: best treatment for TIA; only partially inhibits platelets & ?severity of blood clots after plaque ruptures or embolic clots from atria (atrial fibrillation). Best Tx=optimizing NMR lipoproteins (not cholesterol), HbA1c <5.0% & Sys.BP <120 mmHg. Plavix (clopidogrel) & ASA, if taken about 1 Hr prior to PPI agents has plenty of time to work. Subsequent PPI does not reverse or ?anticlotting response to much degree. ...Read more

Therefore, we often advocate no food or just liquids during the initial phase of treatment. When food is resumed, it is common to recommend a low-residue diet early on. After the inflammation resolves, we often recommend high-fiber diets, which may reduce the risk of recurrence. ...Read more

Can you cure diverticulitis?

Can you cure diverticulitis?

Maybe: Diverticulitis is an infection that occurs in/around a diverticulum (a weakness or blowout of the wall of the colon), usually treated with antibiotics. This may solve the infection, but it can happen again, as the diverticulum is still there, along with others as well, as they are usually multiple. Preventive measures may help diminish more attacks, but surgery may be necessary to 'cure' ! ...Read more
