Unknown, but...: Drinking soda is ok in older children and in adults, if there is an event such as a birthday party where all the people are drinking some soda. Other than that, no human needs Sprite, Coke, Pepsi,... Soda has no benefits for healthy people. Haven't heard of sodas damaging unborn babies (assuming that's what this question refers to) from the trace ingredients in it, but excess sugar is bad stuff. ...Read more
