100%: Both are 100% effective if used properly: make sure all areas are wiped (e.g., back and front of hands, fingertips, under the nails, etc) and keep rubbing until the alcohol or moisture from the wipes has dried. Unusual but possible: Since people are so different in their tolerance, it is possible but usually not observed if only used twice daily.
