If a tumor does not have both of those characteristics than it is not malignant. Not sure: Dx of a benign adrenal tumor is made on scan with a solitary small nodule in adrenal. Occassionally known mets to adrenal appear as small nodules iel lung, melanoma, breast to adrenal. If kidney tumor was present it would have shown up on scan. Dx of kidney cancer not made on blood test, there is no marker for kidney.
