Benign Baby Skin Bumps (Overview)

Miliaria is a rash on the skin that occurs in some people when they are hot and start to sweat. This "heat rash" occurs because a person's sweat glands don't reach all the way to the surface of the skin, or his sweat glands are blocked, causing some sweat to leak out just under the surface of the skin. The rash is of pink or reddish bumps and can be very itchy in some people.
