You're on an unusual combination of medications which makes me suspect you've been diagnosed with a resistant form of tuberculosis. Take lopressor (metoprolol tartrate) 100mg for arrythymia-sometimes arrythymia very bad. Does magnesium/potassium help-also have hypertension-take atacand 12mg daily?

Other medical problems like kidney disease may increase levels of mg & k, making supplementation risky. Also, Atacand (candesartan) can increase your serum k level. Best to ask your doctor who is measuring your electrolytes. ...Read more

If one doesn't work or has too many side effects, the other may prove better--and it doesn't matter which you try first. ...Read more

Generally losartan, Coreg, (carvedilol) and amlodipine are well tolerated with the Cialis family of drugs. But that's quite a BP combo; take my prediction with a grain of salt! Good luck ...Read more

No -- don't take it: Cephalexin is the worst of two worlds for syphilis treatment: It would not work reliably; but it has partial activity against syphilis bacteria and could therefore interfere with future testing for it. If you think you have syphilis or were exposed, you need a penicillin injection; nothing else is reliable. Syphilis kills, causes strokes, and makes people blind. Don't mess around: see a doctor! ...Read more
