Benicar/hct drug info sheet shows little differences in antihypertensive effect between dosages 40/12.5=16/10 while 20/12.5 =17/8. Would 20/12.5 be ok?

Have hypertension and currently on simvastatin, metoprolol, low dose aspirin, Benicar (olmesartan) hct. Is it ok to take Cialis will it conflict with any of these.
