Less common side effects can include: insomnia, vomiting, cough, congestion of nose, joint pain and malaise. Rare but dangerous side effects can include: a high fever; an allergic reaction (swelling, rash, itching, shortness of breath) or guillain-barré syndrome which can cause weakness, tingling sensation and paralysis.
