Benefits Of Iron Supplements For Skin
Effective treatment for anemia is generally taking an iron supplement by mouth. Iron pills are large and difficult for some women to swallow. If so, you can usually break them in half and have one half with breakfast and the other with lunch. Drink a lot of water and eat foods that are high in fiber as iron can be constipating. Is there any good evidence for taking nutritonal supplements of collagen hydrolysate for joint pain ?
Not great evidence: There is only moderate evidence by our academy that recommends 1500mg glucosamine with 1200mg chondroitin taken twice daily that may help with joint pain. I would take it for one month to see if you feel it is efficacious. If you feel it's helping, keep taking it. If you feel it doesn't help you, stop taking it because its just a waste of your money. I'm not aware of any other dietary supplements. ...Read more

They effectively block stimulation of hormone-sensitive cancers, but they have no place as a nutritional supplement as they markedly interfere with bone metabolism. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
