Had ACL surgery 3 weeks ago,as I was doing my rehab exercises, guess I hurt myself.I have shooting pain when knee fully extended, from glute to my foot. it's not been healed in a week. Should i worry?
Yes & no : My recommendation is to stop your rehab exercises for the time being , ice the affected knee , avoid weight baring , start using your crutches again and contact your Orthopefic surgeon ASAP for further instructions .
