Diabetes: Regardless of where you mom is located (Lebanon or States), she needs to see her Family Doc or Endocrinologist more frequently & check her labs incl A1c every 3mo until at goal. A1c represent average sugar control over last 3mo w/lower being better. She should chat w/diabetic educator as well as nutritionist. I think she should learn to check her sugars after meals to determine what foods drive up ...Read more
