Deltoid exercise: A personal trainer at a local gym would be the best to instruct you on proper techniques to exercise and focus on your deltoid. But all muscles can be targeted. Specific to the deltoid are arm raises. Try a 10-15 lb weight, and lift arm from side to straight out from you at 90 degrees. Repeat 12 times. Do 3 sets.
