May help with ‘stress’ and/or pain and other hard to define psychosomatic illnesses ( mental, behavioral?) due to placebo effect and ones willingness to believe. But essentially just a scam to take peoples money. No legitimate research to show any real benefit.

Forget this stuff.: Take your prenatal vitamins, folic acid, calcium and Vit. D and nothing else. All of those products are poorly studied and there is very little responsible, independent testing to determine if they actually work or if they may have side effects, or harm fetuses.
