Rel/Ref MCL: Relapsed/refractory mantle cell lymphoma (rel/ref mcl) after 2 chemo regimens can be treated by "salvage" chemo on or off study. http://www.nccn.org/professionals/physician_gls/pdf/nhl.pdf - a clinical trial would be preferred if available. Doyou not have acces: I am sure you have access to your Oncologist or chemotherapy nurse. They are happy to address any problems and prescribe medication. It is not a good idea to seek input from outsiders unless you are unable to communicate with your oncology team. Headaches are not uncommon during illness that creates stress and tension. A couple of Tylenols (acetaminophen) will take care of it provided you have informed Ur team. ...Read more

It depends: It may actually be for your kidneys, but not highly likely. More likely, it is to lower the "peaks" of your blood pressure, so they do not get as high.
