Is it dangerous to take a caffeine pill (xenadrine) and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) within 8 hours of each other?
I cut back to one a night on benadryl (diphenhydramine) and zocor, I was taking 2, I sleep a lot better now too, and I also remember dreams more. Any caffeine in them?
Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is not effective as a sleep aid and has never improved sleep any more than a sugar pill (placebo) in good studies. It can, however, reduce quality of sleep or in some people actually keep you up by causing agitation (more likely in children though) Zocor is unlikely to affect sleep.
