Nonspecific: No specific diagnosis can be attached to this. Most likely an abdominal muscle problem. Could also be GYN related, a rare type of hernia (Spigelian), diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and even an umbilical hernia.
