I believe i have a bartholin cyst or abscess its grown in the last week today the pain is so extreme i can barely walk what should i do?

I believe i have bartholin cysts. i'v experienced this two year ago, was a big lump that went away on its own. Now i have multiple cyst near the lower end of my outer vagina. smooth hasnt grown in size and not itchy nor painful just an eye sore?
