Top of toungue fill funny n burns when I eat hot stuff it came on after flear ups of acid refulx just repeated burping n acid n throat why ?

Many, many sources: The first thing you thing about is a cold, viral infection, or upper respiratory infection (all closely related in definition). However, this could be from multiple things, including allergies, post nasal drainage, or even gerd or acid reflux.
