Probiotics: Try an elimination diet, take off gluten and dairy for 2-4 weeks and see if it your symptoms improve.
Start probiotics, a good brand, the stronger potency, the better, at least 50 billions of mixed Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria.
Also, try to avoid digestive irritants, like soda, alcohol, citrus juice etc.

Could just be: Heartburn, which is common so far sling in pregnancy. Gallstones can cause these problems too, but unless the pain is severe or test suggest the gallbladder is infected, there is not much to do but avoid fatty foods. If the pain is persistent or you run fever, you should go in to the hospital to be examined and determine the cause. ...Read more
