You can get pregnant: Women with polycystic ovarian syndrome tend to have irregular periods and often find it more difficult to get pregnant but they do get pregnant. When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more

What's wrong: Is the word "should". Not every pregnant person is happy and even if they are happy most of the time, we all have our ups and downs. Wait 10 days...: Millions of women get pregnant every week in the world... A completely natural event, so no worrying is needed. Just do something else for 10 days, and on the 10th day do another urine pregnancy test from the drugstore. If it's done and read correctly, it's very accurate. If the test is negative, but a period doesn't occur the next month, have the ob-gyn evaluate to figure things out. ...Read more

I was diagnosed with BPD and OCPD, but how can I have both? I thought they were opposites; BPD being impulsive and OCPD being obsessed with order.
Confusion?: Dx - esp ln Mental Health can be confusing. One is a personality style and the other is a 'disorder'. They do sound opposite, but don't have to be. BDPs might not be impulsive and not all OCDs care about order. You may still be right to doubt either or both Dxs. Consider alt opinions and know that neither has a clear Tx, so it may not matter. Seek Tx w/ a therapist you feel you can trust. Best! ...Read more
