Depends: If by feeling pregnant you mean bloated, than an excess intake of fiber and inadequate fluid intake could be the culprit. Gagging in AM: May be GERD with or without H pylori. Consider ranitidine or prevecid ( if not allergic) Elevate head of bed with pillow under mattress. Avoid caffeine, alcohol smoking, spicy foods.
