Personally i protect my eyes from excess uv light with sunglasses outside, take an omega 3 oil capsule regularly, eat a balanced diet with more fish, vegetables and whole grains, (exercise ; weight control to decrease risk of diabetes) ; consider a multi-vitamin if I am more worried about macular degeneration in my future. ...Read more
